Stockton Mechanical is looking to hire
qualified HVAC Installers & Service Technicians.
SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to the Company’s Standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.
Work start and end times: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. (After hours and weekends as needed.)
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualifications needed for this position:
- 5+ years of experience
- Have an EPA universal certification card for refrigeration or acquire an EPA universal certification card within 6 months of employment
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to read: Blueprints, Equipment Specifications & Installation/Service Manuals, and Wiring Diagrams
- Be familiar with a wide range of HVAC Equipment, Controls, and Troubleshooting Techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Knowledge of refrigerant(s) and piping systems
- Have the basic tools to perform the job
- Advanced customer service skills – must be personable & have good customer communication skills
- Must be willing to help with installs if needed
HVAC INSTALLER

Qualifications needed for this position:
- 5+ years of experience
- Current NM Journeyman Sheet Metal (JSM) license or aquire a NM JSM license within 6 months of employment
- Have an EPA universal certification card for refrigeration or acquire an EPA universal certification card within 6 months of employment
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to read: Blueprints, Equipment Specifications & Installation/Startup Manuals, and Wiring Diagrams
- Be familiar with a wide range of HVAC Equipment & Controls
- Knowledge of sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of refrigerant piping requirements
- Have the basic tools to perform the job
- Advanced customer service skills – must be personable & have good customer communication skills
- Must be skilled on new & remodel construction (residential & light commercial), and replacement projects.
