Thank you to the entire team at Stockton Mechanical! Our packaged heat pump went on life support just before the recent arctic blast arrived and we needed a replacement asap. Jacob quickly provided a very competitive estimate and he made sure that the replacement unit would closely match the existing curb/fitting on our roof. Stockton Mechanical then got us on their schedule very quickly given our situation and the cold weather. Also, shout-out to Karla for being so friendly & helpful with my multiple calls and shout-out to the Techs Caleb & Zac for getting us up-and-running (they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient answering all of my questions).

I had a leak in a mini split. Another company came out, diagnosed the leak and then never seemed to fine time to return (despite multiple calls) so I called Stockton Mechanical. Jeff and Caleb arrived on time and prepared for the problem. Jeff did an excellent job of explaning what he thought the problem was and then fixing it. Since they were here, I asked about a boiler problem. Within minutes Jeff visualized a complicted boiler system and came up with a solution. The part he needed was on the truck and the system was repaired within half an hour. Hourly rate was expensive, but worth every penny.

We bought a rooftop combo unit from the back in the winter. Finally got hot so we turned on the AC. Unit wasn’t working right so we called the office and they came out the next day. Problem solve. Highly recommend!

Had to replace my 20-year-old ozone depleting R22 roof AC unit. Not only did I find their price very competitive but they got the job done in one day on the scheduled date. A great start to what I expect will be a continuing relationship for maintenance. Glad I took the time to do the research and found these guys. Follow up: 2 years later (2025) my roof unit failed to power up for its test run. Called these guys out for a service and checkup. They found an electrical problem that was apparently created at install time and took two years to become a real issue (a short). They replaced the failed parts and completed the service call with no charge to me. Can’t ask for a better response to such a problem. I continue to highly recommend these guys.
